I grabbed the  serial number and awaiting reply from a dealer...
But  if these machines come with both standard flow, and  high flow  couplers,  is it safe to assume  they have High flow?  according to internet murmurs,  it seems a safe bet it's got it.
All decals are  rubbed off,  so  can't  tell that way. 

Can't see the  blue  DEF cap,  so maybe this is an early version?  No year designation either.  I guess  DEF wasn't mandatory until 2016,  so   the 2012-2015's should be  DEF free.

   Auctioneer isn't much help here.
