Personally no idea. You are talking the road drive version? With two cabs one for driving on roads, 2nd for digging work but you can drive from 2nd cab as well?
I have never driven one. But I would think between 2 driving stations the safeties ÎF EVERYTHING not perfect would default in slow movement for safety?
Google check, not knowing model info suggests.

reasons include a stuck brake/inching pedal switch, worn transmission shift components, or a faulty relief valve/pressure sensor. .
