| I bought the 20V 1/2" drive right angle ratchet and it will only spin a nut or bolt that moves freely.
I wanted it for a job spinning self locking nuts that don't even turn very hard, but it will not get the job done. You can use it manually as a ratchet to get something tighter, or to start to loosen it, but it will not turn by battery power if there is any resistance.
I have even talked face to face with a DeWalt tool rep, and he said that it's just normal for them. | |
