Early 2000’s Sterling L7500 w/ Cat 3126 engine. Run fast or maybe ok ?

I seem to think that depends on your use.It will be very hard(impossible) to find cab components.There are still quite a few running around here for local construction etc.If you buy it cheap and plan on running it until dead,,why not.The engine is not super but there was a crap ton built.The dash may need a support as it was made from bicycle frames and the supports crack.I have had two,rather nice actually 15 years ago I think,,sold one for a crane base in the woods and the other ate a moose up in O Canada.The cabs are very similar to PB 579 's now,as far as doors ,windshield etc like a pickup more than a semi truck.Back the we looked for a hood for sterling,,,I think there were 20 models of tilt hoods.Just a money scam by the builders.
