I have a 15 year old PJ Gooseneck that sits out all the time. Deck is like new. I use Boiled Linseed Oil about every other year. Just pour it out of the can and use a 12" short bristle push broom to spread it around. This time of year I'd cut it with some paint thinner but in August I put it on straight.
