We all want a better deal but we shouldn't complain when the local shop can't service us immediately when we have tire problems. Seems like field service is the first thing dealers drop when their overall revenue drops.
Which is interesting as most of their money comes from labor, not tire sales, like a gas station doesn't make much on gas compared to everything else. |
