I have a good friend who uses a ketogenic diet as well as exogenous ketones to help control her Parkinson's (as well as exercise). She recently visited a specialist and he was surprised at her condition had not progressed in the seven years she has had the disease. He compared her to a newly diagnosed patient or a year into progression. He told her to keep doing what she has been doing. She takes no prescription medication (because the medication can have bad side effects and only masks the symptoms doing nothing for the actual disease to help stop it).
