| Yet S10 pickups around 2000 had a plastic funnel built below the oil filter so the spill came out right near the drain plug to make the mess minimal.
Granted it was an inline engine, but OEM's are doing it now because they do NOT care about the people down the line servicing these vehicles.its the same stupid mindsets that put timing gear trains at the BACK of the engine.
