Amherst WI | How easy is it to get on the board?
There was a good coop board candidate that was running for one of the coop boards here, he lost.
Most of the time the first time I hear there is an election for new board members is when I get the ballot in the mail, so much for getting on the board there..
Then it’s a vague description on how they are all excellent with no phone or email to contact them with your concerns or questions.
You’d almost think that most boards exist just to serve its board members (see industry groups as well) but then I’d be accused of being cynical and wouldn’t want that on a nice Sunday. | |
