An old farmer always said being in a co-op is nothing more than self-fornication.
I find using minimum wage as an excuse is ridiculous. Almost nobody works for minutes wage, and those companies that pay that little aren't able to retain good help so they deserve to go broke.
Maybe the pay rate is whythe help self-terminated??????
