My adult son,was at a job site 4 years ago in the deserts of California.Just for a few industry tests.There exists a health risk from dust in that area. He developed a cough for a couple years.Turns out he has a fungus (thumb sized)growing in his lungs.It was missed diagnosed a few times.He is on an anti fungal med now.Valley fever I believe it was called.Ask for. a blood test for fungi.
Anybody ever have a chronic cough?
