"Know when to say when", there's the rub. Mega intake of sugar, beer, coffee, supplements, etc., or even water is generally not good.

Water soluble oxidants, when in excess, are processed out via kidneys into the toilet.

Having a product with low bioabsorption---where a small fraction of the supplement reaches the bloodstream---would be more ideal with supplements when higher levels of it are dumped into the toilet. Having a state of equilibrium would be ideal for a given oxidant.

How about a mega dose of water?

"Water intoxication, also known as water poisoning or hyponatremia, is a life-threatening condition that occurs when you drink more water than your kidneys can excrete. This excessive intake dilutes the sodium in your blood, causing water to move into your cells and make them swell"
