Schlegel Farms, Hagerstown Indiana | (Mark's wife) I too, have had that same constant dry type cough for at least a year and a half, and have been to doctors, and they find nothing. It drives my hubby crazy at night when sleeping, as I get a coughing fit and cannot stop, scares and wakes him up. I am on blood pressure meds and a cancer drug, and at different times, both doctors have had me get off for couple of weeks, but the drugs were not the problem causing the cough. I did have radiation by the lung area when I had breast cancer, and I wonder about that one, so my next thing is I am going to get a lung scan done in the next couple of weeks. I wondered about the reflux thing, but the doctors don't think that is it. Keep me posted on your wife, I'm curious. Also, I am a non-smoker, non-drinker...never been. |
Anybody ever have a chronic cough?
