Northeastern Pa.		There was a Frontier cable laid across a corn field after a storm. I called them 3x giving them time to fix it and it didn't get fixed. Then I called PUC and gave them all the info. The line was back up the next week. PUC gave me a case number to call them again if it wasn't fixed. The funny thing is a Frontier guy sets in his truck on this dead-end road to waste time a few days every week.
