SW OH		We had a similar experience years ago. When I bought our current house my wife had her landline number transferred to the new house. They had to come install something to make it work which included internet. After a week of them not showing up she finally called them. Cell phones were not that common yet, but she used mine to call them. The phone company had been trying to call the landline to set an appointment but kept getting an out of service message and canceled our installation. How did they expect to call us on a line that was not set up yet?
