swMN | Was paying $100/ month to frontier for local phone landline and supposedly 10mb internet, anytime we would do a speed test it usually under 1, we moved and told them to disconnect us, they asked where to and I said out of your area. In the spring when it rains alot the phone wouldn't work, called them everytime from my cell, they finally sent a tech out and he covered the little green boxes with garbage bags and duct tape, when I lived at the other place I was on the town board, they were working in the right of way , I stopped and asked what they were doing, putting in fiber optic he said, but he didn't know why because everyone had dropped frontier by then. | |
