MN | I'm guessing they let the accounts receivable get out of hand. Look at the feed that went out the door (or corn for feed) and see who didn't pay or booked corn at a higher price and then didn't follow the contract. Happened locally and ended up merging with another big elevator - and lost lots of local services (agronomy, farm services store, grain only 2 days a week during off season, 1 site totally gone) | |
