Southern Missouri | Current , very current aerial mapping of things marked as obstacles are so important , things a tractor pulling implement would not show such as a tree limb sticking out into your field that a wide farm tool would simply go underneath and a tractor boundary would simply run as a straight line will have a good chance of crashing your drone , good current aerial mapping in our opinion is a must , but as always that’s just our opinion but it’s a strong enough opinion that we’re not doing a field without it , common sense after that , if see any changes at all will fly map again before spraying, if definitely looks like no changes since old map was flown we’re use our old map , takes a few dollars to get a good mapping drone and software to process the map info and transfer to actual spray drone, but once setup, it’s not that bad , again just our opinion, but we’ve sure helped a lot of folks fix crashed drones and almost always a good current aerial map would have avoided the crash dollars and headaches
