Almost nobody works for minutes wage, and those companies that pay that little aren't able to retain good help so they deserve to go broke.
They may not have paid minimum wage but when other businesses pay an inflated minimum wage to say would you like fries with that, or not fix the shake machine or say welcome to Walmart it puts puts pressure on everyone else. It doesn’t matter how great of an employee someone is to a certain point you can only pay them what pencils. This inflated minimum wage just pushes inflation up and bites everyone in the butt. |
