Have a 37x80 dairy Barn. Put a metal roof on in 2019. Still in fairly good condition.
Had a company out to look last week, he told me it had value being sold to someone as a venue. He tears down and moves. Leaves me all the concrete to deal with. Told me I might be able to get 20k. Thats better than razing it but less than I was hoping.
I'm guessing I should just be grateful to get anything at all?
I wish I could snap my fingers and have it on my yard. I'd pay 20,000 if that was possible. I can't imagine it has enough value to take down and put back up. It will lose a lot of authenticity in that process imo |
