E.Central MN | I'm guessing there must be some backroom payments to the govt officials by the truck "service" companies to keep the system complicated so truckers will pay them to handle it. I think it said that the "new" system requires a user to log in after so many months (less than a year) or they have to start over with the registration process. That screams "user friendly". | |
