Central and N.E. ND | Well outside of farming, I was in the powersports industry during Covid years.
A lot of customers are in the trades. Most charge a percentage above their materials plus estimated labor on the job. As materials went 150-200% or more, they made more money.
Those same people would hop on forums and social media posts griping about the rising price of their snowmobile or SxS pretty adamant that it shouldn't be going up. The company is greedy and inflating prices.
Most of those people also drove pickups that were business write offs etc.
It isn't "just" farmers. | |
