Jewell County KS | I have been trying to do the biennial update for my USDOT # and cannot for the life of me make it work. I have the Login.gov stuff done and it worked for the USDA stuff but the FMSCA portal stuff is a mess. I did receive an email earlier about the new MOTUS stuff and tried to do what it says in that but keep hitting dead ends.
It used to work just fine the old way but that was apparently too easy.
Anyone have any pointers so I can try to see what I am doing wrong ?
