I bought that was interesting as well.
I don’t think anyone at the local coop is working for minimum wage, probably not even double minimum wage. I’d guess most everyone that is full time is more like triple minimum wage + benefits.
Actually, all of their listed excuses are ridiculous. Just shoulder the blame and say “we” the board screwed up.
