Milwaukee metro area Kwik trip does this as e88. Spreads are not quite as wide right now. But usually. .10-14 less. 10 years ago it only used to be summer. 80 percent have it now.
The 88 could be the octane rating . e15 is the 15 percent ethanol which is 88 octane.

They have a marketing issue. Around here pumps are labeled E85 (85% Ethanol) and E88 (88 Octane) BIIIIIG Difference in the two
