I would agree with that. The 17-25 of April has a wet pattern according to accuweather, let’s hope that is true. The last several years, it has been bone dry and then we get bailed out by timely rains, but certainly this is the worst yet. .10 of actual moisture here since beginning of October. My brother recently went skiing, had to go to Canada to find decent slopes, at least according to him. This map is west of us some, but gives the general idea
