Thanks for all the input. Have another contractor coming out in awhile. See what he has to say. I replied to the 1st estimate, guess he considers metal roofing the more $$. At least thats the way the estimates come out. 13500 and 17000 (metal). Rood is around 16' x 55'.
A 30x60 was less than 1/3 of that 5 years ago with Menards tin.
