Very southern Mn | I would settle for 1/2 in advance. Do you realize what an end user would have to pay if he starts at 20000$ before it is torn down? It will be well north of 100000 just to get it back up ( skeleton and foundation ) and than add redoing it as far as sheeting, doors, roof etc and than power plus a floor ? Your new roof is worth almost nothing as who wants a roof with holes already in it.
