I don't know what the right answer is, the government isn't supposed to pick winners and losers but it already is. If you have some assets you already are a winner, and the more assets you have the more winning they dole out. If you don't need it, it goes to a lavish lifestyle thanks to the taxpayers giving us all a black eye as welfare queens.
