North Central Indiana | This guy's been in business since 2000 and has done a fair amount of this work. I've seen pictures. He won't pay anything if he's taking it down to put in inventory at his shop.
My understanding is 20k is what he's been able to get for the seller his last few transactions on top of what he charges the buyer for the work.
I know making any money off it all puts me in the minority. And, I know I don't have the time, Equipment or patience to do anything with it myself. We started out talking about some restoration work but for what I wanted to do to make it practical moving forward he told me my $100k guess probably wasn't very far off. | |
