Is he willing to pay 20,000 or just thinking that’s what someone might? Around here selling old barns went out as fast as it came in. No one wants them anymore. My cousins had an old dairy barn with a wood floor tore down about 10 years ago maybe. Guy did it and then cleaned up the whole thing and leveled. No cost to them. I thought that was a good deal.
