Subject: RE: Refinery capacity off-line

95 miles NW of Quitaque, TX
Get on you tube for the CEOs of Valero and P66 talk about the regulations that shut the refineries down. I am wondering when the other refineries will shut down. Some of the western states shut down their refineries years ago. I think Oregon and Arizona sent a letter to Newsome to sign the bill that shut down these refineries.

One of the refineries has a lot of pollution to clean up first. I would think CA would make anyone clean up the pollution from the last 100 years first before opening up the refinery.

One of the problems is that so many companies are moving their headquarters out of west coast states or being paid money to not move.
