You will do better taking it apart and selling the old native lumber inside.
Do better how? Collecting a $20,000 check and sipping lemonade while you watch someone else dismantle it sounds a lot better than climbing ladders, removing rusty nails, and hosting a parade of plank buyers that all want them straighter/longer/thicker/thinner/rougher/smoother/color matched/cheaper etc etc etc.
