No row crop "A" models here that I ever knew of. Or much of any other make for that matter. My uncle did trade in a Farmall "M" narrow front on this AR. I think it as imported from row crop country post WWII when new tractors were not available but demand for any kind of tractor was high so the dealers brought in tractors from wherever they could get them knowing they could sell anything. The same uncle did have a DC3 Case that he bought a conversion kit to make it a wide front. I still have the front casting from the narrow front DC but the tractor is long gone.
