jd43 - 3/26/2026 07:10 If the bank will come to your farm for a 15-year-old $500 Cub Cadet that was bought at a consignment sale not knowing it had a lien on it anything is possible.

Whaaaaat? I've heard of people buying mowers on store credit / store credit card but figured that's more like a signature loan... Never dreamed of a lein on a mower! Guess I shouldn't be surprised, friend of mine on one of the bank boards told me one time when we were talking about who was taking on ground, or doing this or that.. he said "You'd fall over backwards to know of the people who you think have it made, are borrowing money from the bank to take a simple vacation or for christmas." That opened my eyes up A LOT.
