.15 cheaper than 10% here. What a joke......emergency waiver happens every year. Agree, companies will not spend the money on just "waiver" talk. Permanent year round is needed. E30 mandate would be ideal but baby steps. This is nothing but a temporary way to lower fuel price at the pump but what companies will bite to accept that as a temporary move? Hardly any.
