But,,if the shop ordered a 25,000$ engine from lets say a local rebuilder.Then put it in Bills tractor.The fuel system needed a new pump,he ordered and put it 1/2 way as well .The parts /engine were still owed for by the shop.The shop management says screw it.Files.Bills tractor is not going anywhere.
