No, that at best is opinion, or to a greater extent, delusion.
If I want to believe that I have a million dollars in my bank account, but in reality I don't, there will be consequences if I write a million dollars worth of checks.
If I want to believe that I am a cat, and I need a heart transplant, a cat heart probably isn't going to work too well.
I should change my statement after reading yours.
A opinion can be a persons truth. Yet a person's truth to themselves is their truth and or belief.
Example
Some people believe in God while others do not.
This is just example not making debate on religion.
A person is going to believe what they want.
