southern MN | The hold up for more sales at E15 is that it takes a lot of time and effort to change the tanks, signage, etc back and forth. Until there is a permanent allowed E15 many stations and franchises will avoid bothering with it.
This temp thing is not the change we need. We need year around sales allowed year around period. Then many more stations will jump on board and the product will be more universal.
Ethanol plants can ramp up production, happens in all industries, show some demand and the production comes around pretty quickly.
