Central Iowa | Paid $27500 down just a week over 4 years ago for a hoop building. It was a Silver Stream brand from Canada sold through a guy doing business as Kody Woolridge LLC from Oskaloosa Iowa. Well he took my money but never came through with my building. Apparently Daryl at Silver Stream had lots of money troubles with him as well he said. Had every excuse under the sun. But basically running a Ponzi scheme and I guess I was last man in. So after 9 months I hired an attorney and numerous court dates and legal filings I was able to place a lien on his property. He was supposedly getting a divorce and selling their acreage. Well that day finally came and he had to pay me my money and most of my legal fees to release the lien. But I did get a check last week from my attorney. I never thought a fellow Vet would screw another Vet but I was wrong. So don't be like me. Try to verify who your doing business with before giving them any money. | |
