Pittsburg, Kansas | Nick Norwitz going over randomized controlled trial using Berberine to lower LDL. Plus his discussion about how the mechanism compares to and is different than statin drugs. And his own N=1 trial on himself with an LDL of over 700.

I have been using Berberine for a while now, not for LDL management but instead for insulin resistance support and blood sugar control. I don't see that it has made much difference for me personally. But it is hard to measure. I keep taking it hoping it is improving my health in some manner. Not very scientific, I know. But it is what it is and I am who I am, an imperfect human being.
Don't do anything because I do it. Do your own research and make your own decisions.
