Subject: Berberine and lowering LDL

Pittsburg, Kansas
Nick Norwitz going over randomized controlled trial using Berberine to lower LDL. Plus his discussion about how the mechanism compares to and is different than statin drugs. And his own N=1 trial on himself with an LDL of over 700.

I have been using Berberine for a while now, not for LDL management but instead for insulin resistance support and blood sugar control. I don't see that it has made much difference for me personally. But it is hard to measure. I keep taking it hoping it is improving my health in some manner. Not very scientific, I know. But it is what it is and I am who I am, an imperfect human being.

Don't do anything because I do it. Do your own research and make your own decisions.
