On my data it was 15 ppm was critical. Applying manure to those spots definately helped. Over 15 ppm it wasnt yield limiting. Banding or just applying a 2x removal seemed to hide most of the ill effects anyway. All dirt is different but I scratch my head at guys that just blast out 100 units of phos and dont bat an eye.
