Iowa | I know we do. That's why I'd be a little hesitant to lever the farm up that much. I'd feel a lot more comfortable buying fewer acres and have the payments less than going cash rent when spread out to have some cushion.
But- everybody has a different situation and risk tolerance.
I know several land owners in the area where the cash rent goes towards cost of living or the real scary one- the nursing home. | |
