Government subsidized crop insurance is more than enough .....big or small, these other "alphabet soup" labeled additional payments are not/should not be needed in my book.
That being said, I do think the way the Government "messes" with our prices, we do need the subsidized "safety net" to keep providing the CHEAP food we provide for this country.
