Sw mn | Depends on the water quality from your well. Rural water is well water. My BIL’s well is higher quality than rural water.
If you have decent water I would skip the $20,000 hook up fee and $40 bill every month.
I personally have 2 wells and rural water, the rural water was here when I bought the place and I installed a second well for the cattle.
Rural water does limit me to 50,000 gallons a month. That was a new policy they put in place after adding homes and not increasing the service line size. | |
