Keep your farm payment in line with the reasonable cash rent level of your ground if all else fails at least the cash rent will make the farm payment allowing you to keep it.
If land values plummet, so will cash rent.
I disagree with that comment. The very highest nose bleed rents would retrace somewhat, but I’d never suggest rent would go below 1/3 of gross. That very unlikely to happen.
