The difference between the haves and the have nots is widening. It takes more payed for land to buy a quarter of land now than it did 10-20-30 years ago.
Thinking about what you said about land crashing in the 1930’s and 1980’s….50 years apart. If that happens again that would make the next crash in 2030!
