Are you saying that no farmer should have employees or that they should have to pay full wages? I agree they should have to pay the H2a guys more than they do. Most of the ones I have been around are better than 95% of American employees.
If you have to pay the H2A worker the same as the guy down the road the advantage seems to disappear, according to the BTOs here.
