I did the first one in 2013, took me 10 years to get around to the 2nd one (there were a lot of factors in that). Cost went up 60% in that time, pay only went up 13%. If I wasn't already in the business, I don't think it would've been a good investment a few years ago without the existing barn. I doubt that it has gotten better.
