Subject: Any politicians want to end/cut farm programs?

I haven`t heard of any on either side of aisle Ron Paul back in the day used to vote against farm bills, but today from the most urban to most rural support farm programs, the stipulation is that 85% is food stamps and 15% to the farmer.

I don`t know what the percentages of actual farmers having to have programs to stay afloat... I would guess 30% , with 70% being okay or perhaps striving after picking the meat off the carcasses. But biggest opposition to farm programs seems to be from other farmers hoping to stick a fat hog in the butt that would come from 1/3 of their competition going broke.
